For tax years 2005 through 2007:
- Call the ECSI student customer service line at (866) 428-1098 to request
your PIN number.
- Access the ECSI website at
www.ecsi.net/1098T.
- Click on the "Login to My Account" link.
- Enter GE in the "School Code" field.
- Enter your social security number without the dashes in the
"Account" field
- Enter the PIN number provided by ECSI in the "Password" field
- Click on "Tax Documents"
- Select the year you wish to print
- Click on "View."
- A window should open containing your Form 1098-T. Print the form
using your browser's print command.
For tax years 2004 and prior:
Call the Louisiana Tech University Comptroller's Office at (318) 257-4325
to request a reprint.
