School of Human Ecology

Assistant Professor, Nutrition and Dietetics

Nine-month, tenure-track appointment (60% teaching, 30% research, 10% service) to begin September 1, 2008. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in clinical dietetics or food systems management and related areas; developing and maintaining a research program in dietetics; securing grant funding; advising and recruiting undergraduate and graduate students. Qualifications include PhD in nutrition, dietetics, food systems management, or related area (ABD considered); RD preferred; at least one degree through a Family and Consumer Sciences unit; teaching experience, research, and publications desirable.
