LOUISIANA TECH UNIVERSITY
ASSISTANT WOMEN’S BASKETBALL COACH
Division I Program, Full-Time employment, 12 month position

Louisiana Tech University is seeking applicants for an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach.

Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree is required. Previous Division I coaching and Division I recruiting experience are preferred. Must have a thorough understanding of all NCAA Rules & Regulations. Good communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential. A demonstrated commitment to high academic standards for student athletes and their ability to succeed both academically and athletically is essential. A reputation of integrity both professionally and in compliance matters is mandatory.

Responsibilities:
Assisting the head coach in maintaining a competitive Division I Program. The ability to recruit top female athletes. Duties include: recruiting, practice and game coaching, scouting & game preparation, public relations, and other duties as assigned by head coach.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
